Smart Pendant
The smart pendant, worn by the elderly at all times during monitoring, features a customizable front button that can display a personal image, such as a favorite deity or family photo.
Dedicated Router
A dedicated router for the SHRAVANAA app, equipped with Bluetooth to send and receive notifications within the premises and a Internet connection to the cloud server
Real-Time Monitoring
Caregivers and account managers in remote countries receive real-time notifications and can monitor progress through the mobile/web app.
Wellness Checker
Wellness checkers visit your loved one using alert details. They receive one-time access with an admin-generated OTP code to provide comfort and call for medical help if necessary.
Shravanaa Server
When a medical alert is received on the Shravanaa cloud server, the request is sent to the nearest available wellness checkers and assigned upon acknowledgment.

The wearable pendant features customizable images, allowing users to upload personal photos, such as deities or loved ones. It is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity to the router and for linking to the electronic lock.
Special Features:
- Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to trigger a medical alert, indicated by a red LED light.
- Hold for 10 seconds to cancel the alert, reverting the LED to green and then neutral.
- Upon alert, an audible alarm sounds, and notifications are sent to caregivers near the EP and electronic locks.
Smart Lock
Account Manager generated OTP code for one-time access for electronic locks are unique and only active during alerts.
Special Features:
- Ability to set temp access code remotely.
- Regular key, 4-digit code or fingerprint to open lock.
- 4+ sets of fingerprints for access can be programmed
- Sturdy metal construction which is tamper proof.
- Mobile app for configuration and control.
Dedicated Router
A router dedicated for notifications related to the SHRAVANAA system solution. It has a Bluetooth radio to receive and send notifications inside the premise and Wi-Fi connectivity to the cloud server.
Special Features:
- It has a Wi-Fi backhaul connectivity to internet.
- Allows access codes to be changed and temp ones assigned during emergency.
- Bluetooth Radio connectivity to enable messages between pendant and the electronic lock
Wellness Checker Network
These individuals are carefully selected for their maturity, professionalism, trustworthiness and dedication, ensuring that help arrives quickly and efficiently.
Special Features:
- We will recruit women and ex-military personnel in first phase
- Background check and documents verified during registration.
- Have to register with a vehicle in their name.
- Will ensure two or more wellness checkers within a 5 km radius before registering an EP.
